Shipping Policy
Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. It may take 3 to 7 business days for processing and packaging although we strive to ship most orders within 48 hours. Once your shipping label has been created, you will be notified via email with the tracking number. From the date of shipping, you should receive your package within 2 to 5 days. Expect delays due to the Pandemic.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are FINAL. We do not issue refunds or cancel orders once they are placed. Please ensure the accuracy of your purchase before checkout. We DO NOT issue refunds if you enter the wrong address and your order is shipped to the wrong place. Please double check the shipping address at checkout. If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with USPS for a refund of the items lost or stolen. However, if there is an error on OUR part, we will issue a refund or store credit for your inconvenience.
